Did you know that if something is wrong with one of your pages, you’ll get an error notice? Sometimes I don’t even notice this, but I’m always grateful that I do. So, I wanted to make sure you are aware of this because if you miss this it can cause some frustration.
The screenshot above shows one of my pages opened up in the editor and you may notice that at the bottom right, it’s showing that I have one notice. You may have seen this before. If you see this and click on it, the program will tell you what’s wrong with your page. Below, you can see that the window is telling me to update my social share image. That means that right now I’m on social sharing, so the next thing that I would do is close this window and go into my social settings. That’s where I will find the option to add my social share image.
In a future lesson you’ll learn about how social sharing works. For now, I just wanted you to know that there is a little notice that will come up on the bottom right if there are any problems with your pages. Before you make any page live, always check for this and click to see what it is about if you see one. That way, you can fix anything that you’re missing. If you’re missing an email integration it will pop up there or anything else like that, it will pop up there too. After you make your updates, your page will be ready to rock and roll.
