Looking for Pipedrive alternatives?
You’ve come to the right place.
Below we’ll share with you our 10 favorite CRMs that can replace Pipedrive, as well as third-party reviews, a description, video demo, features overview, and price comparison of each.
But first, let’s briefly discuss what you should look for in a CRM…
What Should You Look for in a CRM?
Every business is different.
And so the features that your business needs might not be the features that your friend’s business needs or, more importantly, the features that a certain tool (like Pipedrive) offers.
But it’s not just the features that matter… price, ease-of-use, and even team adoption all play a critical role in determining if the shoe fits.
In fact, Ben Goldstein, the Editor in Chief at Sell to Win, put together an article titled The top 10 things to look for in a CRM. Here’s an annotated version of his advice…
- Mobile Access — The CRM should have a user-friendly mobile app. This will make it easier for your sales reps to engage with prospects even when they’re not in the office.
- Team-Wide Communication — The CRM should allow for simple team-wide communication. Users should be able to tag (and notify) other team members in pertinent conversations.
- Fast, Simple Setup — A great CRM doesn’t need to be complicated. Instead, choose one that’s fast and easy to set up.
- Contact Syncing — Data entry is important, but manual data entry wastes time and money. Great CRMs will sync with your calendar, email, and other platforms to automate as much of this process as possible.
- Custom Reports — Who are your most motivated prospects? Who are your most dedicated customers? The best CRMs will allow you to answer those questions by drilling into data with advanced filters.
- Integrations — The CRM you choose should integrate with the other tools you’re already using.
- Sales Process Tools — A great CRM should make your sales reps more effective and efficient. That means assigning tasks to the right reps, providing reps with the right information at the right moment, and helping reps to visualize where a prospect is at in the entire sales funnel.
- Value — Does the CRM provide good bang for your buck? Keep in mind that CRMs typically charge “per user per month”. So the price you’re looking at can climb quickly if you have a big team.
- Free Support — The CRM shouldn’t charge you for support.
- Team Adoption — If your sales reps don’t like the CRM of your choice, then choose another CRM. What’s the point in paying for a CRM if no one is going to use it?
You’ll ultimately have to make the decision for yourself about which CRM fits your business’ needs, but hopefully, that list gives you some things to consider.
And without further adieu, here are the best Pipedrive alternatives.
