GoHighLevel Pricing 2026: Every Plan and Usage Fee Explained

GoHighLevel Pricing in 2026

Prices verified July 2026.

GoHighLevel’s three plans run $97, $297, and $497 a month, or $81, $248, and $414 a month billed annually. That’s the number on the pricing page, but it’s rarely the number on your bill. GoHighLevel charges separately for things like text messages, calls, and email sends, on top of whatever plan you’re on. How much you end up paying depends on how much you’re sending and calling.

From here, it comes down to what each plan includes, what the usage fees cost, and what a solo operator, a mid-size agency, and a full SaaS reseller can expect to pay once those two numbers come together.

GoHighLevel Pricing at a Glance

PlanMonthly BillingAnnual BillingSub-AccountsRebillingAPI Access
Starter$97/mo$81/mo3 sub-accountsNo rebillingNo API access
Unlimited$297/mo$248/moUnlimited sub-accountsRebilling without a markupBasic API access
Agency Pro$497/mo$414/moUnlimited sub-accountsRebilling with a markup + SaaS ModeAdvanced API access

The difference between these three has nothing to do with what you can build. It’s about how many client accounts you can run, and whether you can resell the platform as your own.

Starter, Unlimited, and Agency Pro

Starter

Starter runs $97 a month, or $81 a month billed annually, and includes 3 sub-accounts, unlimited contacts, unlimited users, and 24/7 support. Every core feature is included at this tier: the CRM, the website and funnel builder, workflow automation, booking calendars, and reputation management, all with no separate charge for the software itself.

Starter doesn’t include rebilling or API access. That means an agency on this plan pays every usage cost directly rather than passing it to clients, and can’t connect GoHighLevel to outside tools through its API. For someone running their own business plus a couple of client accounts, three sub-accounts is enough room. Beyond that, the cap becomes the limiting factor before anything else does.

Unlimited

Unlimited runs $297 a month, or $248 a month billed annually, and completely removes the sub-account cap. This is the plan GoHighLevel marks as most popular, and it’s easy to see why once you see what’s included.

Everything in Starter carries over, plus unlimited sub-accounts, basic API access, and the ability to rebill phone and email usage to clients at cost, without adding a markup. An agency managing several clients no longer has to think about running out of room, and can at least pass usage costs through instead of absorbing them. But this tier still doesn’t allow charging clients more than the usage costs, or reselling the platform itself as a branded product.

Agency Pro

Agency Pro runs $497 a month, or $414 a month billed annually, and adds even more capability. Everything in Unlimited carries over, plus SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, advanced API access, and the option to rebill phone and email usage with a markup instead of at cost.

SaaS Mode is what this tier is really for. It lets an agency put its own name on GoHighLevel and sell it to clients as a subscription, with each new client’s account set up automatically instead of by hand. Unlimited already covers an agency running campaigns for clients. But Agency Pro covers selling the software itself, under your own brand, as its own source of revenue.

The Usage-Based Layer

The first surprise on most bills is usually texting. GoHighLevel charges $0.00747 for each segment of a text message, and a segment is just a chunk of the message, most regular texts fit in one segment, but longer ones split into two or three, and each one gets billed separately. Sending a thousand normal-length texts runs about $7.47 in segment charges alone, on top of whatever plan you’re paying for.

Email costs less by comparison, $0.675 for every 1,000 emails sent, and that rate stays the same no matter which plan you’re on.

Voice calls are billed by the minute, a little over a penny per minute coming in, and closer to a penny and two thirds going out.

GoHighLevel’s AI tools do things like answer client leads automatically, respond to reviews, and write content, but there’s a cost attached to running them. If an agency only uses AI occasionally, GoHighLevel just charges for what got used that month, with no separate fee on top of the plan. If a client account runs AI constantly, like a chatbot answering every incoming lead all day, it makes more sense to pay a flat $50 or $97 a month for that one account instead, depending on how much AI activity needs to be covered.

And there’s one more fee that applies no matter what. Say a text message costs a carrier fee of $10 across an agency’s accounts that month. GoHighLevel adds 5% to that automatically, so the agency gets charged $10.50, whether or not that agency is passing any costs on to its own clients. It’s a small percentage, but it applies constantly, in the background, on every message that carries this kind of fee.

These rates don’t show up next to the plan price on the pricing page. But add them up over a month of sending and calling, and the total ends up higher than the sticker price on its own.

What Agencies Pay, Three Scenarios

A solo operator running one business, on the Starter plan:

  • Plan: $97.
  • Usage: about 500 texts, 2,000 emails, and 100 minutes of calls, adding up to under $7.
  • Total: close to $104 a month.

At this volume, usage barely moves the number.

A 10-client agency on the Unlimited plan:

  • Plan: $297.
  • Usage across all ten client accounts: about 2,000 texts, 20,000 emails, and 500 minutes of calls, adding up to around $36.
  • Total before rebilling: near $333.

Unlimited allows rebilling those costs to clients without a markup, so an agency that passes the $36 through brings its own net cost back down to just the plan price.

A SaaS reseller running Agency Pro with a larger client book:

  • Plan: $497.
  • Usage: about 5,000 texts, 50,000 emails, and 1,000 minutes of calls, adding up to around $86.
  • Total before rebilling: near $583.

Agency Pro allows rebilling with a markup, so a reseller charging clients more than that $86 keeps the difference as its own revenue.

Rebilling and Wallets Explained

Those usage fees have to get paid somehow, and for an agency with client accounts, that raises a question: does the agency eat that cost, or does it get passed on to whoever’s generating it?

GoHighLevel doesn’t bill agencies for usage directly off a credit card every time someone sends a text. Instead, agencies keep a wallet loaded with funds, and every text, call, or email takes money out of that balance. When the balance runs low, the card on file automatically adds more.

Rebilling is how an agency gets that money back from clients instead of absorbing it. Say a client’s account runs up $40 in texting and email usage this month. GoHighLevel takes that $40 out of the agency’s wallet first, then the agency can charge that same client $40 to cover it, at cost, with no markup. That’s what the Unlimited plan and Agency Pro both allow.

Agency Pro allows one more thing. An agency on this plan can charge a client more than the $40 it cost, and keep the extra as profit. Charge that same client $60 instead of $40, and the $20 difference becomes revenue. That’s what SaaS Mode is built to do: let an agency turn usage costs into a built-in source of profit instead of just breaking even on them.

Where ClickFunnels Fits

But not every business needs a CRM, texting, calling, and client management all built into the same platform. If most of what you’re building is a funnel, a landing page, and a checkout, the usage math above may not apply to your situation at all.

ClickFunnels runs one flat price a month, with no separate charge based on how many people move through a funnel or how many pages get built. For a business built around funnels and conversion, that flat pricing means the bill looks the same in a slow month and a busy one.

GoHighLevel is built around running a client’s full operation from one login, the CRM, the calendar, the texting, all of it in a single system. ClickFunnels is built around the funnel itself, the page, the offer, and the path someone takes to buy. It’s less about which platform does more, and more about which one fits how you work.

So if you’re trying to decide between the two for your own business, our full comparison lays out where each one wins depending on what you’re building. For agencies specifically, our guide to building a sales funnel walks through what that looks like in practice.

Curious how a funnel-first platform compares? There’s one way to find out.

ClickFunnels offers a free trial to build a funnel and see for yourself. You’ll build the page, the offer, and the path to purchase, all in one place, with a price that doesn’t move as you build more.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does GoHighLevel cost?

GoHighLevel’s three plans run $97, $297, and $497 a month, or $81, $248, and $414 a month billed annually. Usage fees for texting, calling, email, and AI apply on top of whichever plan you’re on, so the final bill runs higher than the plan price alone.

What’s included in each GoHighLevel plan?

Starter includes 3 sub-accounts and no rebilling. Unlimited removes the sub-account cap and allows rebilling usage costs to clients at their original cost. Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode and lets an agency rebill with a markup instead.

How much is GoHighLevel per month if you pay annually?

Paying annually drops the effective monthly cost to $81, $248, and $414 across the three plans, each roughly two months cheaper over a year than paying month to month.

What is GoHighLevel’s SMS pricing?

Text messages are billed at $0.00747 per segment, both sending and receiving, with a portion of that cost coming from carrier surcharges that carry an added 5% markup regardless of plan.

Does GoHighLevel charge for CRM access?

No. The CRM is included in the base plan price at every tier. Usage-based charges apply to communication features like texting, calling, and email, not to CRM access itself.

Can agencies resell GoHighLevel under their own brand?

Yes, on the Agency Pro plan through SaaS Mode. It lets an agency package GoHighLevel as its own subscription product, with new client accounts created automatically and usage costs rebilled with a markup.
