Can I add more than one One-Time-Offer (OTO) on the check out page?

Yes, you can do more than 1. They will list out, and your customers can add which ones they want.

How would I use a “downgrade”?

A downgrade is used to convince a customer who has already purchased a subscription to downgrade to a lesser subscription. This is a WIN/WIN for both of you, because they get only the features and VALUE that they need, and you keep the customer instead of them choosing to cancel.

Example: A customer downgrades to a “Bronze” Monthly Subscription, with less access/features than the “Platinum” Subscription they were on.

Can I do “upgrades” and “downgrades” in the same funnel-flow?

Yes - that’s the whole point of having Upgrades and Downgrades in the Smart Checkout! Let’s say a customer buys your plan/subscription. On the NEXT page of your funnel, you can encourage them to upgrade their order. For example, a customer can buy your Peanut Butter & Jelly Of The Month Subscription, and on the next page, you could UPGRADE them to a bigger box, with extra options for hungry snackers!
